Seasoned Sisters

To walk alongside our younger sisters in Christ by lending an ear to hear, a heart of compassion, words of affirmation, and directing them to sound doctrine and leading them to the arms of Christ.

Kim Andranovich – I am married to Michael – twice in fact!! We have 2 wonderful children, Haley and Alex. Growing up, our kids were involved in competitive dance and travel sports, so I know how all-consuming that rat race can feel. I have always worked outside the home with my pro- fessional skills focused on project management, strategic leadership and navigating change. My personal life experiences have taught me the value of empathy, to trust God in ALL things and that mentoring others is a privilege and a blessing.

Devin Hahn – I’ve been attending Risen for about 5 1⁄2 years. I help lead a Community Group that meets on Tuesday nights, and I love being a part of the Seasoned Sisters group! I taught 1st and 2nd grade in the Bay Area for about 10 years before I had children. My husband Mike and I have been married for 35 years. I have 3 kids: Elizabeth, 30, (living and working in Guam), Katherine, 28, (a data analyst working for Southwest Airlines) and Ryan, 22, (a senior at Cal Poly SLO). Part of my story is that I also have another child, Eric, who would have turned 26 in January, but died of Leukemia when he was only 17 months old. I enjoy Pilates, hiking, being a part of a monthly book club, and a Mom’s in Prayer group. I also love to travel! I’m looking forward to getting to know you all better.

Carisa Wisniewski – I just celebrated 30 years in the profession of public accounting and am a business leader in San Diego serv- ing on several Board of Directors such as Red Cross and Tech San Diego. I have 2 amazing sons and 2 wonderful daughter-in-laws, Theo/Clare (San Diego) and Hayden/Lauren (Tucson). My hus- band, Andy, and I swam together in high school, got married, had our boys and 23 years ago decided to have him change careers to raise our sons full time. My gifts lean toward the integration of career and family with an emphasis on leadership

Stacy Collier – I have been with the same company for 29 years now - Pacific Honda (for all the right reasons). I have been married for 27 years. I have 3 children, Joseph, William and Kristina and 6 grand- kids. I really enjoy working in the nursery at Risen and I really have enjoyed the park get togethers serving our younger moms. I would also like to offer my free time to moms and dads who would also like some free time.

Laura Wagner - I’m married to Steve for 29 years and we have two grown sons, Walter and Henry. I love being part of Bible Study Fellowship; the Freedom Challenge (climbing mountains to raise funds and awareness for human trafficking); Optavia as a health coach; and of course, Risen (loving and teaching the children in the school program). I love encouraging and praying for oth- ers.

Jessica Thompson – I am one of the pastors here at Risen. I have 3 adult children, 2 of them are living at home with me. I am cur- recently in seminary attempting to get my Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies. I have authored a few books on Jesus, because I love Him best. I would consider it an honor to be involved in any of your lives. I really just want to tell you that Jesus and His love are worth everything.

Mary Long – I have been happily at Risen since the beginning. I am married to Mike and have 2 children. Michaela lives in San Diego and working for us at A-B-CPR and First Aid Training. Our son, Aus􏰀n, is married to Maddie and gave us an adorable grand- son, Camden. They sadly live way too far away in West Virginia, but I visit as much as possible. I’m retired, so I am blessed to have time to help out my friends and family and volunteer with Young Life Capernaum. I’m looking forward to another year of caring for the lovely, younger women at our church!

Becky Eldridge – I am retired from the Marketing Department of Solar Turbines, Incorporated a division of Caterpillar. My husband is Steve and we have one daughter - Rachael Derr. We’re also grandparents to sweet Finley and love spending 􏰀me with her. I enjoy walking, going to the beach, reading, traveling and helping friends and family who are in need. I grew up one of the older children out of a family of 13. I love being part of the Risen community, working with the little ones in the nursery and, of course, being a Season Sister!
